At Brunch, we want you to love your look as much as Sunday morning. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
